We want you to love the products you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 15-day return window to file a return. Visit with your order number to start your return or exchange.
1. Return Policy
Return & Exchange Window: 15 days from the date your order arrives at your door.
Eligible Orders: Returns and exchanges are accepted for orders shipped within the USA only.
Exclusions:
- Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
FREE RETURNS
You won't be charged return fees. The return costs are covered by us.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.
- If your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
3. Return Standards & Conditions
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items meet these conditions before returning:
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and not put through a dryer
- Free from animal or human hair
- Free from glitter, powder, skin cells, or any residue
- Without strong odors (smoke, detergent, cologne, body spray, etc.)
- Without marks or stains, including deodorant
- Without excessive pilling
Items not meeting these conditions may be denied and returned to the sender.
4. Processing Time
- Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.
- If your return hasn't been processed within that timeframe, email info@avancus.com and our team will expedite it.
- If a return or exchange is denied, you'll receive an email notification explaining why.
5. Packaging & Liability
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping return items using the label and instructions provided through Happy Returns.
- Avancus is not liable for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged due to improper packaging or shipping errors.
- Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Email info@avancus.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Our team will verify and send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Delayed or Exceptional Returns
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from returning your order within 15 days, please reach out to info@avancus.com before sending your return. We understand that things happen, and we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
8. Final Sale & Warranty
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- However, they are still covered under our Warranty Policy for manufacturing defects.
